Why Membership?

Carolina Senior Sports Association is a non-profit corporation with the overall purpose of sponsoring sports that promote healthy competition and camaraderie in a safe and friendly environment for seniors in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding areas.

In order to fulfill that purpose operating as a non-profit, Carolina Senior Sports needs volunteers who will build the organization. These volunteers can contribute in ways that require (a) some time commitments like serving on the Board of Directors or a Committee or coaching a team, (b) minimal time commitments like helping out the Game Day Crew or making weekly phone calls to arrange for umpires for the week, or (c) no time commitments like signing up to be a league sponsor.

Those volunteers are the members who will build Carolina Senior Sports to last for the future.  It will be the members who reap the rewards from the fruit of their labor.
